do i need to be present while the repair is carried out?
No, you don’t need to be present during the repair. Many of our customers choose to have the work done while they’re at work or out for the day. We can also carry out repairs in car parks or similar locations while you’re busy. We’ll contact you when the repair begins and again once it’s completed.
